Amit was so great during this whole process. He helped in every way that he could, and made things as smooth as possible for me. He was great at keeping me in the loop and communication, was the middle man in talks with the lawyers and myself + the seller, and kept things very organized (particularly the paperwork!). Amit came to my work to pick up the brokerage's chq, which was awesome and above and beyond, mad eit very easy for me. Wasn't rushing me but kept us on track. He's very well informed of the areas and buildings we looked at, particularly the one that I ended up purchasing. He's super available, responding 24/7 by phone, email or text, quick responses and very clear and thorough. Super knowledgeable about everything we were dealing with, very approachable and made it clear from the get go he was out to help me, very accessible. I heard about Amit through a friend. When she found out I was looking for a condo downtown, she INSISTED that I email Amit.
