I heard about Amit through a friend. When she found out I was looking for a condo downtown, she INSISTED that I email Amit. According to her, Amit was more than a real estate agent- he had become a good friend of hers. So I thought, why not, and went ahead and emailed him. Within a day, I had an email and phone call conversation with Amit. He was able to work around my busy schedule and mapped out some properties for me. I told him what I wanted in terms of location, size, budget, and "Swank factor", and he was RIGHT ON THE MONEY. It only took a day with Amit to find the perfect place. Not only did he go above and beyond of us, he took the time to really get to know my husband and I.
