I heard about Amit through a friend. When she found out I was looking for a condo downtown, she INSISTED that I email Amit. According to her, Amit was more than a real estate agent- he had become a good friend of hers. So I thought, why not, and went ahead and emailed him. Within a day, I had an email and phone call conversation with Amit. He was able to work around my busy schedule and mapped out some properties for me. I told him what I wanted in terms of location, size, budget, and "Swank factor", and he was RIGHT ON THE MONEY. It only took a day with Amit to find the perfect place. Not only did he go above and beyond of us, he took the time to really get to know my husband and I. I am so happy I worked with him, I don't think I would have had the same experience with anyone else. It's his great personality and sense of humour that made such an intense process so fun. He also added some fine touches- including bringing my husband and I a house-warming gift the week we moved in!! I am also happy to say that Amit is a good friend of ours now, and we try to still meet for dinners! I highly, highly, highly recommend him to find your next home!

Amit was so great during this whole process. He helped in every way that he could, and made things as smooth as possible for me. He was great at keeping me in the loop and communication, was the middle man in talks with the lawyers and myself + the seller, and kept things very organized (particularly the paperwork!). Amit came to my work to pick up the brokerage's chq, which was awesome and above and beyond, mad eit very easy for me. Wasn't rushing me but kept us on track. He's very well informed of the areas and buildings we looked at, particularly the one that I ended up purchasing. He's super available, responding 24/7 by phone, email or text, quick responses and very clear and thorough. Super knowledgeable about everything we were dealing with, very approachable and made it clear from the get go he was out to help me, very accessible. I would definitely recommend Amit to a friend or family member looking to purchase a condo!

Amit is excellent in reading his client's needs and wants. Amit was very aware of market values and paid close attention to details. This is the 2nd time we have dealt with Amit and would use him again anytime. If I were to pick a real estate agent who would be a "model agent" Amit would be the one. Amit was very professional in every aspect of his dealings with us, we are extremely satisfied and grateful to him for the time and effort he put into finding us a home we love, this speaks highly of his ability to service his clients well.

Is it possible to find a dream condo in 2 hours? I never thought so, but apparently it is. When I got a job in Toronto, I was exceptionally excited. But my main concern was the move from Ottawa. I did not know where to look for accommodation, although I had a very specific (and long) list of "requirements" for my new place. Amit was recommended to me through an acquaintance in Ottawa. From the very start, I was impressed by how carefully he listened to me on the phone and how strategically he asked me questions about what I was looking for. He then sent me a list of condos that were all a perfect fit for my budget and preferences. A few days later, I arrived in Toronto and we went to see the condos. They were all very nice. It was incredible how well he picked them for me, without having ever met me before. At the end of 2 hours, I had chosen my dream place! Amit quickly helped me do all the paperwork. Amit's biggest strength is his professionalism. His knowledge of the condo market is extraordinary. He can, literally, point to buildings new and old and name them, their builders, describe the amenities, etc. Amit is also exceptionally organized and responsible. He is always on time and does everything to perfection. More importantly, he has a great sense of humour, which is essential, especially when the client is stressing about finding a place in very limited amount of time.

Amit Dhawan made sure and went out of his way to get us what we were looking for. He was very eager and happily accepted all our needs. We felt like we will get the best deal because of his extensive knowledge and great past experience and we are very happy with the purchase we made.
